Steven R. Peloquin

Nature of Practice: General practice with an emphasis on litigation

Mr. Peloquin has been in private practice since 1983. He has handled a variety of matters involving family law, criminal and civil litigation, personal injury and no-fault litigation, construction and collection law. He also handles corporation and business law matters.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Mr. Peloquin served as a member of the Perham School Board, the Perham Library Board and the Board of Productive Alternatives, Inc. He is also a member of the Perham Rotary Club.

AFFILIATIONS

Mr. Peloquin is a member of the Otter Tail County, Minnesota State, and American Bar Associations, and the Minnesota and American Trial Lawyers Associations.

John C. Minge

Mr. Minge has been practicing law in the State of Minnesota since 1976. He has handled and continues to handle a wide range of matters but focuses his practice on the areas mentioned above.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Mr. Minge was on the Otter Tail County United Way Board of Directors for 6 years and continues to serve on the Otter Tail County DFL Board of Directors.

AFFILIATIONS

Mr. Minge is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Lori J. Beck

Nature of Practice: General Practice with an Emphasis on Civil Litigation

After graduating from law school, Ms. Beck clerked for Judge Paul Benson in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.  She joined the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo, North Dakota, in 1985, where she practiced primarily in the area of civil litigation, handling cases regarding auto liability, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, and family law matters.  Ms. Beck practiced in the area of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation at Woods & Thompson, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before joining Peloquin & Minge P.A. in 2007.  She has been handling a variety of civil litigation matters at Peloquin & Minge involving personal injury, employment, banking, business, and family law.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Ms. Beck is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and she continues to serve in the church in various capacities.  She serves the community through the Perham Rotary Club

Nathaniel D. Welte

Mr. Welte has been in private practice in the State of Minnesota since 2004. He handles a variety of matters including family law, real estate and criminal law.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Mr. Welte is a 1995 Eagle Scout, member of the Order of the Arrow, and a member of the Perham Rotary Club.

Dianna J. Borstad

Nature of practice: General practice.

Ms. Borstad is originally from Staples, Minnesota and has recently moved back to the area from Pennsylvania where she was a family therapist who became interested in the practice of law as another way to serve her clients. Dianna first started working for Peloquin & Minge, P.A. as a law clerk in January 2007 and became licensed as an attorney in the State of Minnesota in June 2007. Ms. Borstad primarily practices in family law.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Ms. Borstad currently volunteers to assist with the Verndale Elementary School volleyball
 program and is on the Verndale School Parent's Curriculum Committee.

AFFILIATIONS

Ms. Borstad is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
